I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus depot where frequent highway buses go to-and-from Kobe. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke English well and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring the room was always clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the relaxing hot spring bath, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. The location to the bus depot and the excellent service from the staff make this place a must-stay for anyone visiting the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. We could easily walk to the bus depot and from there catch a highway bus to Kobe. The staff at the front desk were amazing. They spoke English very well and were incredibly helpful with any questions we had. The Japanese breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated having convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
The double bed in our room was quite small and we had to adjust to the lack of window blinds. , the village around the hotel didn't offer a lot of choices for restaurants or bars.

The hotel's location near the bus depot made it easy for me to travel to Kobe frequently. The staff were helpful and communicated well in English. Breakfast was varied and filling, while the hotel itself was clean and had great facilities.
No complaints.

Guests can easily take a highway bus to Kobe and other destinations. the hotel staff are attentive and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the breakfast is delicious and filling, and there are many convenience stores and eateries nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and great facilities.
The hotel lacks window blinds in some rooms which could be inconvenient for light sensitivity.

We had a great weekend in a beautiful new room that was tastefully furnished. the bathroom and shower were very modern and we loved the public terrace bath. the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, which was varied and filling. the location was also a plus, with only a 10-minute walk to a boat that goes out to Naruto whirlpools and a 5-minute walk to the bus depot where frequent highway buses go to and from Kobe.
It was a shame that the village around the hotel did not offer many options for restaurants/bars, and the double bed was on the small side. there were no window blinds, which made it difficult to sleep in.
